Human People Beer Cafe is a safe, welcoming space for all. We are committed to fostering an environment where every person—guest, employee, or vendor—is treated with dignity, kindness, and respect. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes inappropriate or non-consensual speech, touching, posturing, or gesturing that causes discomfort or offense.
We believe hospitality begins with how we treat each other, and that a warm, inclusive environment is essential to everything we do.
Expectations for All Guests, Staff, and Partners
Contribute to a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. This means refraining from hostile, aggressive, or offensive behavior—verbal or physical—including any unwelcome or coercive actions. Harassment, in any form, is unacceptable.
Honor the dignity of every individual. We do not tolerate discrimination based on race, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, size or appearance, disability, genetic background, religion, ancestry, national origin, or veteran status.
Support a culture of shared responsibility. Everyone in our space contributes to the environment we create. Employees, guests, and vendors are expected to act in good faith, respect boundaries, and help ensure others feel comfortable and safe.
Understand that impact matters more than intent. Even well-meaning words or actions can cause harm. We ask everyone to stay open to feedback, remain self-aware, and take accountability when needed.
Breaches of the Code
Guests who do not act in accordance with this Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the premises.
Employees found to be in violation will be subject to review and appropriate action, which may include a warning, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity.
Vendors or partners who violate this policy may have their contracts suspended or terminated.
