Ingredients: Seattle water, Slovenian hops, Pilsner malts

Description: Brewed for Seattle, inspired by the Slovenian Alps. Piknik was brewed with a blend of distinctive European Pilsner malts and the unique Styrian Bobek hop, giving it a pleasant bitterness hugged by a soft malt flavor. Piknik was open fermented at 8°C, cold conditioned at -0.5°C for forever, and naturally carbonated. It pours clear with a rocky, distinctive head. Brewed specifically for picnic tables and friendly chats about what we see in the clouds.
